Repairs
Before returning products, please contact Bogen’s Technical Support department as it may eliminate the need to send a unit back, which will save you time and effort. It is important to note that you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned/exhcanged to Bogen for any reason.
Returns
For products being returned for return/exchange (including an out-of-box failure*), you need authorization to return the product and an RA number to receive proper credit/exchange.

All credit/exchange merchandise must: be returned within 60 days of original purchase and in the original carton(s). All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Opened cartons and/or soiled merchandise are subject to refusal and/or a used merchandise adjustment.
* NOTE: If you have purchased a Bogen product directly from a distributor, you must contact the distributor.
Repairs
For products being returned for repair, whether in or out of warranty, you will need authorization to return the product and an RA number to have it inspected and/or repaired. Factory Service Department hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (EST), Monday through Friday.

Products and repairs that are within the limits and terms of each product’s specific warranty will be repaired or replaced at no charge.
Products that are out of warranty will be repaired by the Bogen Factory Service Department. The parts and labor involved in these repairs are warranted for 90 days. A flat rate for the repair will be provided when you call for your RA number, which includes parts, labor, and return shipping via UPS Ground service ("Red" and "Blue" rush shipping available at additional cost).

Warranty Information
Bogen products are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for two (2) years from the date of sale to the original purchaser; except for: microphones and the remote volume control panel (RVCP) which carry a one (1) year warranty; M-Class, Black Max, Power Vector, Wall-Mount Power Vector, and Gold Seal Series Amplifiers, advanced Input and Output Modules, amplifier back boxes (BBF and BBS), wall-mount amplifier door (WMAD), Easy Design and Easy Install® speakers, and ProHold™ Series products, three (3) years; NEAR® products, five (5) years; and 70V non-amplified horn speakers, which carry a lifetime warranty. Any part of the product covered by this warranty that, with normal installation and use, becomes defective will be repaired or replaced by Bogen, at our option, provided the product is shipped insured and prepaid to: Bogen Factory Service Department, 50 Spring Street, Ramsey, NJ 07446, USA. The product will be returned to you freight prepaid. This warranty does not extend to any of our products that have been subjected to abuse, misuse, improper storage, neglect, accident, improper installation or have been modified or repaired or altered in any manner whatsoever, or where the serial number or date code has been removed or defaced.
THE FOREGOING LIMITED WARRANTY IS BOGEN’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY AND THE PURCHASER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. BOGEN MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWABLE BY LAW. Bogen's liability arising out of the manufacture, sale or supplying of products or their use or disposition, whether based upon warranty, contract, tort or otherwise, shall be limited to the price of the product. In no event shall Bogen be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data or loss of use damages) arising out of the manufacture, sale or supplying of products, even if Bogen has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
Products that are out of warranty will also be repaired by the Bogen Factory Service Department -- same address as above or call 201-934-8500. The parts and labor involved in these repairs are warranted for 90 days when repaired by the Bogen Factory Service Department. All shipping charges in addition to parts and labor charges will be at the owner's expense. All returns require a Return Authorization number.
Bogen’s Application Engineering Department is available between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (EST), and on call till 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Our expert technical staff can assist you in specifying a new system, answering questions about installation, or troubleshooting existing systems.
