How To Buy

Placing an order with Telcom and Data is quick, easy, and most importantly secure.

Follow these steps to complete your electronic order:

Adding an item to the cart:

Once you have located an item you would like to purchase, simply enter in the quantity, and click on the "Add to Cart" button on Product Detail page which is located at the bottom of the page. If you do not enter a number in the Quantity box, it defaults to "1".

When you are finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the 'view cart' link to begin your telcom-data.com ordering process.

Changing Item Quantities:

If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Quantity" box and click the "Add to Cart" button to reflect the chage.

Deleting Items:

If you wish to delete an item, just check the Delete Check Box. Your cart will be automatically updated. 

Completing Your Online Purchase:

When purchasing telcom-data.com products online, Secure Online Ordering is enabled once you click the "Submit" button. This link will direct you to a secured area where your online order will be completed. 

  

Repairs

Before returning products, please contact Bogen’s Technical Support department as it may eliminate the need to send a unit back, which will save you time and effort. It is important to note that you must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned/exhcanged to Bogen for any reason.

Shipping and Returns

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless purchaser specifies a different carrier or pays for expedited shipping.
Ground Orders processed before Noon M-F will ship the next business day. Orders processed after Noon will ship within 48 hours. 
Expedited orders processed before Noon M-F will ship the same day.
Expedited orders processed after Noon M-F will ship the next business day.
Shipping fees are non refundable.

For products being returned for return/exchange (including an out-of-box failure*), you need authorization to return the product and an RA number to receive proper credit/exchange.

All credit/exchange merchandise must: be returned within 60 days of original purchase and in the original carton(s). All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Opened cartons and/or soiled merchandise are subject to refusal and/or a used merchandise adjustment.

* NOTE: If you have purchased a Bogen product directly from a distributor, you must contact the distributor.
