The PICA MSG-64M Digital Messaging Messaging and Music on Hold System is one of the best music on hold player systems. It is a state-of-the-art digital audio playback device designed to provide a continuous audio source for message-on-hold, music on hold, background music or any other audio application where high-quality audio playback is required. Messages are stored in MP3 format on nonvolatile removable flash media cards called Message Mates.

The Messager MP3 is capable of high-quality audio file playback of up to 128Kbps. Message Mates can be programmed using the Messager and a standard PC running Windows XP® or above. Simply plug a USB cable from the Messager into an available USB port on your computer and the Message Mate plugged into the Messager will show up as a removable drive. Once connected, files can be added or removed by a simple drag-and-drop. No special software is required - just plug and go!

Customers can receive new and updated message-on-hold or background music programs via e-mail or ftp and update the units themselves saving the added expense of additional Message Mate drives and the related mailing and tracking costs.
