The PICA MSG-USB2IWDRIVE USB Flash Drive Messaging and Music on Hold System is one of the best music on hold player systems. It is a state-of-the-art digital audio playback device designed to provide a continuous-play audio source for messaging, music on hold, background music, or any other audio application where high-quality audio playback is required. Messages are loaded from a standard USB flash drive to the unit’s internal memory.

To load new audio simply plug in a USB drive containing the new MP3 or WAV file and the Messager USBi automatically loads the new program to memory, with no reset needed. Audio content is easily managed by plugging the USB flash drive into a PC or MAC computer’s USB port and “dragging and dropping” MP3 or WAV file to and from the drive.

Customers can receive new and updated message-on-hold or background music programs via e-mail or ftp and update the units themselves, saving the added expense of additional USB flash drives and the related mailing and tracking costs. The Messager USBi is also available with Sonocrypt Level 3, which encrypts the file itself making the MP3 or WAV file only playable on the Messager USBi. This makes the distribution of music and messaging secure, ensuring against unauthorized playback.
