You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned to Bogen, whether for return/exchange or repair, whether in or out of warranty.
Before returning products, please contact Bogen’s Technical Support department. Doing so may eliminate the need to send a unit back, saving you time and effort.
Returns
For products being returned for return/exchange (including an out-of-box failure*), you will need authorization to return the product and an RA number to receive proper credit/exchange. Contact the Customer Service Department at:

All credit/exchange merchandise must: be returned within 60 days of original purchase and in the original carton(s). All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Opened cartons and/or soiled merchandise are subject to refusal and/or a used merchandise adjustment.
