You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number for any merchandise being returned to Bogen, whether for return/exchange or repair, whether in or out of warranty.

Before returning products, please contact Bogen’s Technical Support department. Doing so may eliminate the need to send a unit back, saving you time and effort.

Returns

All credit/exchange merchandise must: be returned within 60 days of original purchase and in the original carton(s). All merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking charge. Opened cartons and/or soiled merchandise are subject to refusal and/or a used merchandise adjustment.

When you place an order with Bogen-Paging.com, you will receive free ground shipping on all orders placed online over $300.00. Shipping rates are given in real time from UPS. Once you've placed your order, you will be able to see the package tracking number in the order confirmation e-mail and in the relevant order summary in your account.

In stock items will be processed within 2 business days. Expedited (2-Day/Next Day) orders placed by 12:00 PM EST will be processed within 1 business day. To calculate estimated delivery date add processing time to transit time. For example, an item that's processed in 2 business days and shipped using Standard shipping (1-5 business days) will arrive in 3-7 business days.
